Ningbo Goanwin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Applications: Automotive, Appliances, Electronics and Motors

The four application fields in the manufacturer's Client Cases, each mapped to the press families documented for it.

Four Documented Application Fields

The manufacturer's official Client Cases section groups its press demand into four fields — automotive parts, home appliances, electronic components and motors. This page maps each field to the press families documented for it. The images below are the manufacturer's own application illustrations from that Client Cases page; they show the fields, not named customers — customer names are not published on this site, as they have not been verified for publication.

Automotive Parts

The servo pages document high-tensile strength steel parts (EC1, EM2). The D2N page documents long, narrow parts and progressive dies on long dies with multiple stations; the S2N and T2N pages document large dimension dies run in both directions, progressive or transfer. Feeding lines are assembled from the documented components in the feeding catalogue. The field is set out family by family on the automotive stamping page.

Home Appliances

Appliance panels and shells — refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner and oven parts — are classic straight side and C-frame work: medium tonnage, long dies, coil feeding. The documented fit: C2N and D2N two-point presses for long panels, M1N single crank presses for drawing, bending, marking, flattening and trimming, Y1C and Y1H hydraulic presses for drawn shells, and 3-in-1 feeding lines in front of them.

Electronic Components

The manufacturer's pages state the high-speed applications series by series. The GS page documents metal buttons, eyelets, terminals, and stator and rotor plates in electric motor and generator manufacturing. The GHD page documents stamping small precision parts in thin material. The GP and GPH pages document motor lamination — stacked rotors and stators — with the GPH stated for sheet thinner than 0.5 mm. The GT page documents lead frames and EV motor laminations. Servo EC1 presses cover the medium-tonnage precision work with programmable profiles.

Motors

Motor production is the GP series' stated purpose: high-speed pressing of stacked stator and rotor laminations for AC and DC motors, 85-550 tons at 60-500 SPM, with the GPH covering motor cores in thinner sheet. The process background is in the motor lamination stamping guide. The factory sells the presses, not the motors; the manufacturer's published material does not itemise which motor types its press customers produce.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get references for my industry?

The manufacturer publishes its four application fields and documents export to more than 10 countries. Customer names have not been verified for publication and are not published; the documented evidence is at industry level — the fields themselves and the export record.

Which press family for appliance panels?

Long panels point to two-point frames (C2N C-frame or D2N straight side) with a feeding line; drawn shells point to the Y1C/Y1H hydraulic series or an M1N for combined drawing and trimming work.

Do you sell the motors or parts shown?

No. The factory sells the presses and feeding equipment that produce them. The illustrations show the application fields of its customers.
