The C-Frame Hydraulic Press in This Range: Y1C

The Y1C is the open-frame member of the manufacturer's hydraulic range: a C-frame welded structure with a nominal force of 200 to 6,300 kN across nine published models (Y1C-20 to Y1C-630). Daylight runs 500 to 1,000 mm and stroke 300 to 800 mm by model; the ram descends at a published 300 mm/s and returns at 220 mm/s, with working speeds of 15-80 mm/s depending on the model. The manufacturer's page lists the work for this frame shape directly: stretching, bending, embossing, blanking, correcting and pressing of parts.

Selected per-model specifications for the Y1C — working speed bands, work table and cushion dimensions per model — are published on the hydraulic press page.

Published Construction and Control

  • Guide pillars: the official page states dual round guide pillars for nominal force below 500 kN, and four round guide pillars for 1,000 kN and above.
  • Hydraulics: an integrated cartridge-valve design, with the valve group set inside the frame or on the cylinder; the system achieves two forming processes — fixed stroke and fixed pressure.
  • Control: an independent PLC electrical control system with centralized button control, connectable to automation, with an optional process data acquisition industrial computer.
  • Safety configuration, as published: a hand-held safety column and manual lubricator are standard; a light curtain, safety net, safety door and safety claw are optional — stated per the manufacturer's own list, not upgraded here.
  • Special designs on the page: ball joint connection at the cylinder front end, linear track guidance, adjustable square column guidance, worktable extension or 130-degree rotation, and mold surface cleaning.
  • Ejection and cushion options: the table publishes cushion force and stroke from 50 kN & 100 mm to 1,000 kN & 200 mm, and eject force and stroke options per model.

The Y1C is built on a C-frame welded structure, per the manufacturer's page. The same hydraulic range also lists the closed H-frame hydraulic series and the four-post pillar series; all three are compared on the hydraulic press page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What force range does the C-frame hydraulic press cover?

200 to 6,300 kN nominal force across the nine published Y1C models, Y1C-20 to Y1C-630.

What work is the Y1C documented for?

Stretching, bending, embossing, blanking, correcting and pressing of parts, per the manufacturer's product page.

Does the Y1C have a light curtain as standard?

No — as published, the standard set is a hand-held safety column and manual lubricator; the light curtain is an optional accessory on this series. (On the Y1H series a light curtain is standard on the operating side.) The configuration for your order is fixed in the quotation.

Can the Y1C be connected to automation?

The manufacturer's page states the PLC control can be connected to automation, with an optional process data acquisition industrial computer.
